Terms & Conditions

1) This contract is between Motion Media NI (hereinafter known as the videographer) and the clients (hereinafter known as the couple).

2) It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

3) This contract for wedding video services is effective from the date the booking fee is paid by the couple.

4) The videographer agrees to be in attendance on your wedding date and provide the couple with the video package previously confirmed prior to the wedding. If the videographer is unable to attend a suitable replacement shall be provided.

5) The videographer agrees that the agreed price at time of booking will not be subject to any subsequent rises within the Motion Media NI pricing structure.

6) The couple agree to pay a non-refundable booking fee.

7) The couple agree to pay the remaining balance of the video package purchased at least 14 days prior to their wedding date.

8) The videographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide the highest quality video services in the prevailing conditions.

9) No materials will be released until full payment has been made.

10) The videographer can not be held responsible for the non-inclusion of items/events not previously specified.

11) In the unlikely event of total or part video failure, equipment failure, theft, death, injury or illness, accident or other unforeseen event beyond the videographer’s control, the videographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid (minus booking fees) and the videographer shall not be responsible for other consequential damages, emotional or otherwise.

12) The videographer retains the copyright of all video/images captured and may use images for advertising or promotional purposes at their discretion.

13) In the event of cancellation you will be liable to pay 25% of the remaining package value if cancellation occurs within 4 months of the wedding date.

14) In booking the videographer, you have taken into consideration the videographer’s style and are granting artistic license in all aspects relating to the videography of your wedding.
