As a wedding videographer, Tankardstown House is always a standout location. Its grand Georgian architecture, sweeping grounds, and incredible natural light create a cinematic backdrop that elevates every frame. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wedding was going to be something special.
One of the most memorable moments of the day came early on, as Roisin & Darragh included their two little dogs as ring bearers. Not only was it a beautiful personal touch, but it also created one of those genuine, joy-filled moments that make wedding films feel authentic and timeless. The ceremony itself was heartfelt and beautifully led by Tammy McCarthy Wedding Celebrant, setting the tone for the rest of the day. Roisin looked incredible, with makeup by Michelle T Makeup and hair styled by Denise Hair, while the floral arrangements by Cherished Moments complemented Tankardstown House perfectly.

As the evening arrived, we created one of my favourite parts of the film — night-time portrait footage in the grounds of Tankardstown House. The stillness of the estate after dark, combined with carefully placed lighting, allowed us to capture something truly cinematic. These quiet moments away from the guests often become the most powerful scenes in a wedding film.
Entertainment was expertly handled by Midland DJ’s, who provided full-day MC duties and evening entertainment, keeping the energy high right through the night.
