There are some wedding days you walk into knowing they’re going to be special — and then there are days like Naomi-Jean and Ryan’s Roe Park Resort celebration, where the energy is so electric you feel it before you even lift the camera. The morning began surrounded by laughter, music and the perfect glam team. Adelle Shirley worked her magic on hair while Hayley McLean created flawless makeup looks that were both elegant and long-lasting — a must for the full-day party that was ahead. When Naomi-Jean stepped into her stunning gown from Romantique Bridal, everyone in the room paused. It was one of those moments that instantly tells you the film is going to be beautiful.
We stopped at The Tap House for some relaxed, fun portrait shots. This detour added such a personal touch to the film — that mix of real laughter and a casual pint created some of the most authentic footage of the entire day.

But nothing could have prepared us for the evening. This wasn’t just a wedding reception — it was a full-blown event. DJ Ryan A brought a high-energy mix of party games, singalongs and Bingo Loco–style entertainment that had the entire room on their feet. From hilarious competitive moments to emotional group choruses, the atmosphere was unreal and gave the wedding film so much personality. These are exactly the kinds of wedding evenings that remind me why I love capturing couples in Northern Ireland — the spirit, the fun, the connection.
